Saved views

A saved view is a named bookmark of a page with its filters, date range and grouping already applied. It turns a question you ask every week into one click.

What a view remembers

A view stores the page you were on and the settings you had applied: the date range, the filters, the grouping and the chart type. It does not store the data, so opening a view always shows current numbers for that framing.

Using them well

Views are most useful for the questions you repeat: one team's spend this month, one repository since a release, the model mix for a specific project. Name them for the question rather than the filter, so the list still reads clearly in a month.
