Drive Power Automate flows from Lineman alerts and usage.
Lineman's Power Platform custom connector lets a Power Automate flow read your AI-coding spend, savings, allowance and cost alerts. Once the connection is made, the Lineman actions appear in the flow designer alongside the built-in ones. Every operation is read-only: nothing in the connector sets a budget, dismisses an alert or edits a cost centre. The same definition imports into Power Apps and Azure Logic Apps, so you set it up once and reuse it.
A scheduled flow reads recent AI-coding spend and passes the totals to the built-in actions already in the flow. Spend operations accept a Days value from 1 to 92, and default to 7 if you leave it blank. Anything longer than 92 days is refused rather than quietly truncated, so a bigger export has to be split into chunks.
A flow reads cost alerts from Lineman and hands each one to the built-in actions in the flow designer. An alert's detail arrives as JSON text rather than an object, because its keys differ from one row to the next. Run it through the Parse JSON action before reading the fields inside it.
Savings operations take a calendar Month, so a flow can build the same report every month. A key made by an administrator or an auditor returns company-wide figures, across every member and repository. A key from an ordinary member makes the company-wide operations fail the run rather than quietly narrowing to that one person's figures. Sum the micro-USD field and convert once at the end, because adding up the display values across a long list drifts as the rounding accumulates.
