Read spend, savings and alerts from a Pipedream workflow, and pass them to any connected app.
A Pipedream workflow can read your AI-coding spend, savings, allowance and cost alerts from Lineman, then pass the numbers on to any of the apps Pipedream connects. There is no Lineman app in Pipedream's directory, so a workflow calls the Lineman API through Pipedream's built-in HTTP / Webhook app, with the API key kept in a Pipedream environment variable. Everything reachable this way is read-only: nothing can change a budget, dismiss an alert or edit a cost centre. A workflow sees only what the person who created the key can see in Lineman.
A workflow reads budget breaches and cost spikes from the alerts report and passes each one to whichever app you have connected in Pipedream. The alerts report needs a key created by an administrator or an auditor. Any other key gets an error back rather than a narrowed list.
Read the spend breakdown split by developer, repository, branch, ticket, model or cost centre, then pass the rows to a connected app. Spend reports take a days value from 1 to 92, and use 7 if you leave it out. Add up the _micro fields, which are whole numbers of millionths of a dollar, and convert once at the end, so a long list does not drift as rounding accumulates.
Read the allowance report to see how much of your plan's monthly tokens have been used. Have the workflow send a warning to a connected app once the figure passes a level you set.
